According to the Statistics Agency, as of January-December 2022, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 77.7% of households have children under 16 years old.
Of them:
- families with one child - 23.9%;
- families with two children - 26.1%;
- families with three children - 19.2%;
- families with four or more children - 8.4%.
According to the survey, 22.3% of households do not have children under the age of 16.
