In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January 2023, large enterprises produced 265.2 tons of processed liquid milk, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, an increase of 33.0%.
In particular:
183.9 tons were produced in the Tashkent region;
56.4 tons produced in Navoi region;
24.9 tons of processed liquid milk were produced in Surkhandarya region.
