As of January-December 2022, in Samarkand region, 77.5% of households have children under 16 years old.
Of them:
- families with one child - 21.9%;
- families with two children - 26.4%;
- families with three children - 20.1%;
- families with four or more children - 9.1%.
According to the survey, 22.5% of households do not have children under the age of 16.
