According to preliminary data, in January-December 2022, all categories of farms produced 6,370.8 thousand tons of grain crops, or 104.6% compared to the same period in 2021.
A significant share of the total volume of grain crops belongs to the Kashkadarya region (11.8%). At the same time, high rates of production of grain crops were noted in Samarkand (10.8%), Fergana (10.7%) and Surkhandarya (10.2%) regions.
