As of January 1, 2023, in all categories of farms in the Bukhara region, the total number of cattle amounted to 1,328.9 thousand heads (103.4% compared to January 1, 2022), of which 434.7 thousand heads are cows (102.9%), sheep and goats - 2,416.0 thousand heads (104.9%), horses - 7.2 thousand heads (106.5%) and birds - 6,721.2 thousand heads ( 107.8%).
