In the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-February 2023, large enterprises produced 897.6 tons of yogurt. Compared with the corresponding period of 2022, the volume of production increased by 23.8%. 432.3 tons of yogurt produced in the Republic of Uzbekistan in February 2023.
