A round table was organized at the Karakalpak State University by the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The event was attended by the head of the Department for Surveys of the Business Environment, Entrepreneurship Development Statistics Satimov Mamurjon Allayerovich, the leadership of the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, teachers and students of the university.
The round table discussed preparations for the population census, the work done in this direction and the work that is planned to be carried out in the future, an exchange of views took place on the essence, the meaning of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Official Statistics" and the demographic situation in the region.
