On April 10 this year, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a presentation on the results of the seminar on the topic “Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS Round-7)” held on March 30 - April 6 this year in Belgrade, Serbia.
At it, the head of the Department of Statistics of the Social Sphere and Sustainable Development Dilshodbek Kyrgyzov, the Deputy Head of the Department Olga Aleshunina and the Deputy Head of the Department for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Interactive Public Services Shahboz Samadov presented the knowledge and experience gained at the international seminar.
Speakers during the presentation reported on new data collection methods related to the well-being of women and children using the international MICS methodology, as well as basic questionnaires and their modules, additional topics and indicators included in the MICS-7 questionnaires.
The speakers gave detailed answers to all questions of interest to the participants on this topic.
