At the end of 2022, the gross regional product (GRP) of Samarkand region increased by 5.8%. In the structure of GRP, the growth rates of agriculture, forestry and fisheries amounted to 3.6%, industry - 9.0%, construction - 10.1%, services - 6.3% and net taxes on products - 9.7%.
