In January-March 2023, the volume of services related to real estate in the republic reached 2,499.0 billion soums, their share in the total volume of market services provided amounted to 2.6%. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 107.6%. In turn, the largest share of these services fell on the city of Tashkent (51.5%) and the Tashkent region (8.1%).
