According to the results of January-March 2023, the share of industry in the GDP of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 28.2 %.
Navoi (74.4 %) and Tashkent (50.4%) regions have the largest shares of industry in the sectoral structure of GRP. The smallest shares of industry were noted in Surkhandarya (8.3 %), Samarkand (18.2 %) and Namangan (19.1 %) regions.
