A mutual electronic exchange of information has been established between the statistical integrated information system SIAT of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the automated information system E-IJARA of the Ministry of Agriculture.
In accordance with the tasks set in regulatory documents, such as Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 5, 2020 No. UP-6079 “On approval of the Digital Uzbekistan-2030 strategy and measures for its effective implementation”, Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 23, 2021 of the year No. PP-20 “On measures to develop family entrepreneurship in horticulture and viticulture, increase the share of dekhkan farms in agricultural production”, as well as of June 7, 2022 No. PP-273 “On additional measures for the effective organization of the execution of tasks defined in the strategy development of agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2030”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 27, 2023 No. 80 “On approval of the statistics program for 2023”, a mutual electronic exchange of information was launched between the automated information system E-IJARA of the Ministry of Agriculture and statistical integrated information system SIAT of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
As a result of the establishment of a mutual electronic exchange of information between the statistical integrated information system SIAT of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the automated information system E-IJARA of the Ministry of Agriculture, the possibility of obtaining a number of agricultural information in electronic form has been created. In particular, accordingly, through integration, an electronic reception of information on land plots allocated for dekhkan farming was launched.
As a result of establishing a mutual electronic exchange of information between the SIAT statistical integrated information system and the E-IJARA automated information system, land leased to needy families and other citizens included in Temir Daftar, Ayollar Daftari and Yoshlar Daftari on the basis of open electronic competition created the opportunity to fully form and analyze information about the agricultural activities of dekhkan farms created on the plots.
Prior to the introduction of information exchange, information on land areas allocated for dekhkan farming was received at the end of each quarter based on the request of the relevant ministries and departments. As a result of the exchange of information, it became possible to upload information at the time necessary for statistical analysis, and not at the end of each quarter.
Operation with real-time information exchange, without the participation of the human factor, in turn, provides an excellent basis for fast and high-quality statistical analysis.
In addition, all the necessary technical and development work will be carried out by the parties independently or in mutual cooperation. In the event of errors and malfunctions, in cases of lack of access to the information system, the parties must take all measures to immediately notify.
When developing an electronic information exchange system, the parties have the right to make changes to individual technical details by mutual agreement. If changes are made, the parties must be notified of the changes. If there is a need to change the characteristics or content of the question and answer, the parties make changes in a coordinated working order.
In the future, in order to increase the coverage and quality of agricultural statistics, measures will be taken to use data on the basis of integration within the framework of projects implemented jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture on the digitization of the industry.
