According to preliminary data, in January-March 2023, all categories of farms produced 526.6 thousand tons of meat (in live weight), or 103.9% compared to 2022.
A significant share of the total meat belongs to the Tashkent region (13.6%). At the same time, high rates of meat production were noted in Samarkand (12.9%), Bukhara (9.7%), Kashkadarya (8.4%) and Andijan (8.4%) regions.
