According to preliminary data, in January-March 2023, all categories of farms produced 1,923.8 thousand tons of milk, or 103.2% compared to 2022.
A significant share of the total volume of milk belongs to the Samarkand region (14.8%). At the same time, high rates of milk yield were noted in Fergana (11.5%), Khorezm (11.0%) and Bukhara (10.6%) regions.
