According to preliminary data, in January-March 2023, all categories of farms caught 16.3 thousand tons of fish, or 100.5% in relation to 2022.
A significant share of the total volume of fish caught belongs to the Jizzakh region (19.5%). At the same time, high rates of fish caught were noted in Khorezm (16.4%), Tashkent (12.9%) and Bukhara (9.2%) regions.
