In total, in January-April 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 236.1 tons of cottage cheese, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 18.9%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2023, large enterprises produced 58.8 tons of cottage cheese.
