In total, in January-April 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 1.8 thousand tons of yogurt, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 12.7%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2023, large enterprises produced 0.4 thousand tons of yogurt.
