In January-April 2023, the volume of services related to real estate in the republic reached 3,449.9 billion soums, their share in the total volume of market services provided amounted to 2.6%. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 108.9%. In turn, the largest share of these services accounted for the city of Tashkent (52.3%) and the Tashkent region (8.0%).
