As of January-May 2023, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 77.6% of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
- families with one child - 23.5%;
- families with two children - 29.6%;
- families with three children - 17.5%;
- families with four or more children - 6.9%.
According to the survey, 22.4% of households do not have children under the age of 16.
