In total, in January-May 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 7210.5 tons of apple juice, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 35.2%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in May 2023, large enterprises produced 1870.9 tons of apple juice.
