In total, in January-May 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 2,290.0 tons of yogurt, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 3.6%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in May 2023, large enterprises produced 501.0 tons of yogurt.
