High rates of the number of operating small businesses were recorded in the following regions:
in the city of Tashkent - 82,502 units.
in the Tashkent region -38,360 units.
in the Samarkand region - 37,422 units.
in the Fergana region - 35,896 units.
in Kashkadarya region - 30,810 units.
in the Bukhara region - 26,568 units.
By type of economic activity, the number of small businesses was distributed as follows:
in trade - 154,904 units.
in industry – 69,705 units.
in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 38,882 units.
in construction - 34,112 units.
in the industry of accommodation and food services - 27,325 units.
