On July 4 of this year, the head of the Division of Accumulation and Auxiliary Accounts of the Department of Macroeconomic Indicators and National Accounts of the Agency of Statistics Z. Khamraev and the head of the Department of Price Statistics for the International Comparison Program of the Department of Price Statistics B. Nishonboev held a presentation for employees of the Agency of Statistics on the results participation in the meeting held on June 27-28, 2023 in Astana by the Interstate Statistical Committee of the CIS with the support of the World Bank as part of the global ICP-2021 program on balancing GDP expenditure data in the CIS region based on data for 2021.
During the presentation, Z. Khamraev familiarized the staff of the statistical agency with all the knowledge gained under the Global ICP-2021 Program on the distribution of GDP expenditures in the CIS region based on data for 2021, as well as with the experience of the national statistical services of the CIS countries in this areas. And also, Z. Khamraev gave detailed answers to all their questions on this topic.
After that, B. Nishonbaev acquainted the participants of the presentation with the knowledge gained on the formation of price data within the framework of the Global ICP-2021 Program and the results of the discussions held in this direction. Also, B. Nishonboev gave detailed answers to the presentation participants on all their questions.
At the end of the presentation, Z. Khamraev informed the presentation participants about the final conclusions and the decision of the meeting held in Astana.
