In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-May 2023, large enterprises produced 612.4 tons of mayonnaise. Compared with the corresponding period of 2022, the volume of production increased by 9.6%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in May 2023, 159.2 tons of mayonnaise were produced.
