In January-June 2023, 46,476 tons of fish were caught in the republic, this figure was 111.6 % by the corresponding period of 2022.
The largest volume of fish caught was recorded in farms - 22,205 tons, or 47.8 % of the total volume of its catch, on the contrary, low volumes were observed in dekhkan and subsidiary farms - 2,842 tons (6.1 %).
