According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2022 “On additional measures for the introduction of energy-saving technologies and the development of low-power renewable energy sources” and on the basis of orders given to all enterprises and organizations for the installation of solar panels, in the building of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the solar panels were also installed.
In June of this year, the equipping of the agency building with solar panels began, and now 73 solar panels with a total capacity of 40 kW have been installed on an area of 182.5 square meters. This process is gradually being implemented in all regions of the agency’s office.
A feature of solar panels consists in it that it is a monocrystalline panel with a double charge, capable of retaining the light even in the absence of direct sun rays and on cloudy days.
For information, the agency uses 60,000 kilowatts of electricity per month. Due to the installation of these devices, 7500 kW of electricity per month will be saved.
