As previously reported, from August 23-26 of this year in Moscow (Russia) the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee organized a training event for representatives of the Statistics Agency.
The delegation of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan included: Head of the Division for Formation and Analysis of Living Standards Indicators R. Urazbayev, Head of the Division of International Cooperation and Relations D.Hamdamov, Head of the Division for Formation and Analysis of Demographic Indicators R.Satvaldiev, Head of the Division of Electronic Databases Archiving G.Eshmurodov, Head of the Division of Programming and Technical Support of Statistical Tasks D.Tojiboev.
During the training event, the participants exchanged views and enriched their experience on the introduction of modern ICT tools into the statistics system and the formation of statistical data based on them.
On September 8 of this year, a seminar was held at the Statistics Agency, where participants shared their knowledge based on the results of participation in the training event organized in Moscow city.
The seminar was attended by specialists from the Department of International Cooperation and Data Exchange, the Department of Demography and Labor Statistics, the Department of Population Living Standards and Surveys Statistics, the Department of ICT and Interactive Government Services, as well as the Department on Organization and Methodology of Statistical Works.
During the seminar, the participants shared detailed information about the accumulated experience of generating fast, accurate, convenient and transparent statistical data using modern electronic software products, as well as knowledge and skills acquired during the training event.
