According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-November 2023 in the Fergana region, 72.0 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 22 %;
households with two children – 27.2 %;
households with three children – 17.3 %;
households with four or more children – 5.5 %.
According to the survey, 28 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
