According to preliminary data, in January-September 2023, only 1,270 thousand tons of grapes were grown in the republic.
The largest share in the total volume of grape growing falls on the Samarkand region (38.9 %).
Also, high rates were recorded in Bukhara (13.8 %), Fergana (9 %) and Namangan (7.1 %) regions.
