In 2023, the largest contribution to the formation of the republic’s GDP was made by the city of Tashkent with a share of 17.1 %.
Tashkent and Navoi regions occupy the next places with indicators of 10.1 % and 7.7 %, respectively.
The Syrdarya region (2 %) and the Republic of Karakalpakstan (3.1 %) and Jizzakh region (3.1 %) have the smallest share in the formation of the republic’s GDP.
