In January-December 2023, the number of new passenger cars registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 391,604 units, of which 87.2 % (341,650 units) were produced in Uzbekistan, 12.8 % (49,954 units) were produced in other foreign countries.
The largest share of new cars registered in the republic falls on the city of Tashkent (25.7 % of the total, or 100,564 units).
