On February 5 of this year, a webinar was organized at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for employees of the departments for organizing and conducting census processes of the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent on the state of work being carried out to prepare for the population census and the priority tasks.
At this webinar, were discussed the state of the propaganda work carried out by the territorial statistical offices and the coordination of work on the installation by responsible persons of numbers of houses and nameplates on streets in mahallas.
Also at the webinar, the procedure for the systematic organization of work on preparation for the population census at the level of mahalla-district/city-region-republic was explained in detail and provided answers to their questions.
At the end of the webinar, employees were asked test questions on Census questions and their knowledge of the topic was assessed.
