As of January 1, 2024, according to the data of the Cadastre Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the number of apartments in multi-apartment and individual houses in the republic reached 7,476.2 thousand units.
Compared to last year (7,301.2 thousand units), the growth was 2.4%, or 175.1 thousand units.
