On July 22 of this year, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a webinar for employees of the Departments of Statistics of the Service Sector of the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent on the status of ongoing work on statistics of the service sector, the procedure for the formation of key indicators and further priorities.
Also at the webinar, employees were explained in detail the procedure and methodology for generating indicators related to statistics of the service sector. The calculation of these indicators by region and the order of their presentation were shown using specific examples, and answers were given to questions of interest to employees.
After the completion of the webinar, employees of the Department of Statistics of the service sector were asked test questions on the topic of the webinar and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
