According to the preliminary data, 260.2 thousand tons of field were grown by farms of all categories in January-June 2024.
This indicator increased by 7 % compared to the corresponding period of 2023.
Surkhandarya region (25.3 %) accounted for the highest share of the total volume of field production.
At the same time, high rates of field cultivation were recorded in Kashkadarya (16.9 %), Andijan (9.6 %) and Bukhara (9.1 %) regions.
