According to preliminary data, 1.3 million tons of meat were produced by farms of all categories in January-June 2024.
This indicator increased by 3.4% compared to the corresponding period of 2023.
The highest share of the total volume of meat production was contributed by Tashkent region (12.2%).
At the same time, Kashkadarya (11.7%), Samarkand (11.5%) and Bukhara (10.3%) regions also recorded high indicators of meat production.
