According to the results of January-June 2024, the gross added value created in agriculture, forestry and fisheries amounted to 99 trillion soums.
This indicator increased by 3.8% compared to January-June 2023.
The contribution of agriculture, forestry and fisheries to GDP growth was 0.7 p.p.
The share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in GDP reached 18.2%.
The highest indicator of the share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the gross regional product was observed in Surkhandarya (44.4%) and Jizzakh (37.5%) regions.
