On February 11, 2025, a presentation was held at the Statistics Agency on the results of the regional workshop on statistical data and metadata exchange (SDMX) for the Sustainable Development Goals, organized on February 3-6 of this year by the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) for Central Asian countries in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic).
Rano Razakova, Chief Specialist of the Department of Statistical Observations of the Activities of Non-Commercial Organizations, Culture and Tourism of the Department of Statistics of the Social Sphere and Sustainable Development, and Oybek Izmailov, Leading Software Engineer of the Department of Digitalization of Statistical Tasks of the Department for the Development of Digital Technologies and Interactive Services, who took part in this regional workshop, made a presentation on statistics for the SDGs.
During the presentation, approaches were presented to improve the practices of dissemination and visualization of SDG data and metadata using the SDMX standard. Also, during the event, an exchange of opinions on this topic took place, and participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
