According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-May 2025, the volume of services related to real estate reached 9.8 trillion soums.
This indicator increased by 11.9% compared to the same period last year.
Services for renting out and managing own or leased real estate account for 94.6% of the total volume of these services.
The share of services for the purchase and sale of real estate was 2.7%, real estate management services for remuneration or on a contractual basis – 1.8%, and real estate agency services provided for remuneration or on a contractual basis - 0.9%.
