According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, 53.2 thousand tons of fish were caught by all categories of farms in the republic during January-June 2025.
This figure increased by 9.4% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
Their volume by categories of farms is as follows:
in farms - 27.1 thousand tons
in dekhkan and subsidiary farms - 3.0 thousand tons
in organizations operating in agriculture - 23.1 thousand tons
