At the National Statistics Committee, a psychological seminar-training was held with the aim of enhancing the intellectual potential of young employees and developing their creative thinking abilities.
The event was attended by Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology and recipient of the “Shuhrat” medal, Nuriddin Ubaydullaev. He delivered a lecture and conducted sessions on the topic “Towards Success: Effective Time Management, Strong Memory, and Secrets of Leadership.”
During the training, participants were introduced to effective methods of time management, ways to develop a strong memory, and recommendations for improving leadership qualities. In addition, they received valuable information on increasing efficiency in the workplace, fostering proper team communication, and strengthening decision-making skills.
At the conclusion of the seminar-training, participants consolidated their knowledge and skills through psychological tests and interactive exercises.
