According to the National Statistics Committee, in January 2026, a total of 2,686 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Malaysia for tourism purposes.
This indicator increased by 800 people or 42.4 % compared to the corresponding period last year.
Their distribution by purpose of the trip is as follows:
travel - 2,563 people;
visiting relatives - 104 people;
study - 14 people;
for official purposes - 5 people.
