According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 489 Australian citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes in January-February 2026.
This figure increased by 121 people compared to the corresponding period last year.
Australian citizens who arrived in Uzbekistan during this period for the purposes of travel were divided into:
tourism - 390 people;
visiting relatives - 40 people;
commercial - 20 units.
for official reasons - 31 people;
study - 8 people.
