According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-February 2026, the largest share of construction work performed in Uzbekistan by type of economic activity - 70.2 % fell on the construction of buildings and structures.
The volume of construction work by type of economic activity is as follows:
- construction of buildings and structures - 20.5 trillion soums;
- construction of civil facilities - 5.5 trillion soums.
