According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-February 2026, 115.3 thousand pairs of shoes worth 1.7 million US dollars were imported to Uzbekistan from 28 foreign countries.
The volume of imports decreased by 19.5 thousand pairs or 14.5 % compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
Countries that supplied the most footwear to Uzbekistan in the first two months of 2026:
China - 94.6 thousand pairs;
Vietnam - 5.2 thousand pairs;
Turkey - 3.4 thousand pairs;
India - 2.5 thousand pairs;
Indonesia - 2 thousand pairs;
Other countries - 7.6 thousand pairs.
