According to the National Statistics Committee, as of April 1, 2026, there are 422,000 commercial organizations operating in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 335.1 thousand were limited liability companies (LLCs), which accounted for 79.4 % of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational and legal form is:
Limited Liability Companies - 335,077 (79.4%);
Private enterprises - 46,442 (11%);
Family enterprises - 36,378 (8.6%);
Joint-stock companies - 640 (0.2%);
Others - 3,432 (0.8%).
