According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-March 2026, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced basic pharmaceutical products and preparations worth 1.5 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 36 % compared to the same period last year.
The volume of production by region is as follows:
Tashkent city - 960.7 billion soums;
Namangan region - 80.4 billion soums;
Syrdarya region - 181.9 billion soums;
Samarkand region - 71.1 billion soums;
Tashkent region - 96 billion soums;
Surkhandarya region - 19.5 billion soums;
Andijan region - 34.4 billion soums;
Bukhara region - 2.1 billion soums;
Fergana region - 35.1 billion soums;
Kashkadarya region - 6.1 billion soums;
Khorezm region - 2.4 billion soums;
Republic of Karakalpakstan - 1.4 billion soums.
