According to the National Statistics Committee, as of April 1, 2026, there are 27,312 commercial enterprises operating in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-March 2026, the trade turnover of catering enterprises reached 49.8 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 8.2 % compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
