According to the National Statistics Committee, as of May 1, 2026, there are 32,266 commercial enterprises operating in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-April 2026, the trade turnover of catering enterprises reached 69.8 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 7.2% compared to the corresponding period in 2025.
Small businesses and private entrepreneurship accounted for 79.8% of trade turnover, while the share of large enterprises was 20.2%.
