According to the National Statistics Committee, in the second quarter of 2026, residential real estate prices in Uzbekistan increased by 1.3% compared to the previous quarter and by 4% compared to the same period in 2025.
The cost of apartments increased by 5.5 percent over the year, including:
in the primary market - by 7.1%;
on the secondary market - by 4.2 percent.
Prices for individual housing increased by 2% compared to the second quarter of 2025.
Apartment prices in Tashkent increased by 3.9% over the year, while in the rest of the republic, they rose by 7%.
Since the second quarter of 2026, housing price indices have been calculated based on an updated methodology—the method of hedonic regression. This method allows for a more accurate assessment of market price dynamics, taking into account the area, location, floor space, and other characteristics of the housing.
